JoEllen has over 28 years of experience in facilities planning, project management, financial management and human resource administration.  Prior to joining Comprehensive Facilities Planning she served as the Associate Director of Space Planning at Indiana University where she developed short and long-term space and academic plans; collaborated with provosts, deans and department chairs to assess space needs; identified funding; evaluated space requests and identified solutions. In addition, she coordinated academic and administrative unit relocations from single office to entire new building occupancy. With this broad experience JoEllen brings a unique understanding of space and facility issues.  Her ability to relate to these challenges and responsibilities allows her to leverage both perspectives to identify successful outcomes.
