Jim provides expertise in the development and design of the firm’s space management software system (SIMS2000) and the classroom utilization and needs analysis. His classroom management and scheduling understanding provides expert recommendations for classroom utilization guidelines and scheduling best practices. Prior to joining CFP, Jim was the Assistant Registrar for Scheduling at The Ohio State University where he was responsible for classroom technology, classroom scheduling, and course information management. Jim also served as the Senior Academic Planner for Resource Planning and Institutional Analysis at OSU. He was involved in academic space assignments and the biennial capital plans. In this role he computerized and redesigned the space needs model used for academic planning at the University.
