Our focus is exclusively on higher education. Much of our work is generated by referrals and through recommendations by current and previous clients. Our clients range from large public research oriented universities to small private colleges and universities, community colleges and technical institutes. Our portfolio includes work with over 150 college and university campuses nationally.
Our higher education team has extensive hands-on experience in the key disciplines important to a comprehensive, cohesive space planning effort. Our mission is to provide comprehensive space planning services within our client’s budgets, schedule, and specific needs for informed decision making. This experience provides us with the ability to understand space issues and to communicate solutions to institutions and the design professionals with whom we work.
Our success is due to the desire to improve our analysis through research, best practices, communication, and our commitment to a quality outcome. We bring a value-driven mind set to every project and a strong understanding of current trends, benchmarking, scheduling, best practices, space management and the ability to translate your vision into strategic recommendations for the most efficient use of space. We integrate academic goals and programmatic needs with available resources to create an informed guide to the physical development of the campus facilities.
Our studies produce a clear process and measurable results. We proceed through a process of awareness of the culture and vision of the institution to the development of enrollment scenarios that address each crucial stage of the institution’s future development. We produce realistic data for informed decision making. Some recent projects include Grand Rapids Community College, Marquette University, Missouri University of Science and Technology and the University of Scranton.
