The classroom condition module provides
a form for the collection of detailed physical properties of each
classroom such as type of seats, type of lighting, the ability to
control lighting for AV presentations, etc. More than 60 data
elements are available for analysis.
Each room is then compared to a model
classroom to determine specific deficiencies and an estimate of what
it would cost to bring the room to an acceptable quality level.
Various detailed and summary reports are provided for analysis.
Combining the condition data with the
utilization data provides a powerful tool to set strategic planning
for allocation of limited classroom funds. For example if funds are
limited, perhaps the highest used rooms in the worst condition
should be targeted first. |
